The CCBA family is fortunate to have committed leaders leading our church congregations. As we continue our growth, developing relationships between these leaders and providing opportunities to share best practices and new ideas continues to create opportunities to spread God’s word.

To focus on Leadership Development in the specific areas of Discipleship, Leadership – Vision, and Bible Study Groups in support of the churches, pastors, ministers, and staff within the Corpus Christi Baptist Association.

To develop a close relationship with the various churches and pastors in order to understand their strengths and prioritized needs.

To establish an interactive network between the churches and the appropriate resources (either internal or external) to address their prioritized opportunities.
